Information we collect
Information you give us
The request form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number and business name, together with your answer to the consent checkbox. On calls and in texts you may tell us more about the business and the funding you need.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting and service providers receive routine technical data, such as IP address, browser type, the pages viewed and the time of the visit. Optional cookies are placed only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
Information partners may share with us
Once a partner has your request, it may update us on its progress.
Who runs the request form
The request form is embedded from LeadConnector, part of the GoHighLevel platform, which receives and stores your entries for us. To keep out automated submissions, the form relies on Cloudflare Turnstile. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Who receives information
Lending partners reviewing your request; service providers who run the website, the form, phones and messaging for us; and authorities where the law requires it.

Text messages
If you consent to texts, your mobile number is used only for messages about your request. Mobile numbers and text consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. See the SMS Terms.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
